For Kevin<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Liminal spaces<\/p>\n

are those in between<\/p>\n

like stairwells, and ladders<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

and strange, uninhabited lands<\/p>\n

glimpsed from train windows<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

There\u2019s really no secret to going forward<\/p>\n

you just have to start<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Whatever it takes<\/p>\n

to open the door<\/p>\n

to put one foot in front of the other<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

to start the conversation<\/p>\n

to reach out and touch a hand<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

to lean a little closer<\/p>\n

to rely on hope to propel you<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Trains do not need hope<\/p>\n

Engines do not need love<\/p>\n

but their heart is still human<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And inside, there is a conversation taking place<\/p>\n

in the liminal space<\/p>\n

between no<\/em><\/p>\n

and yes<\/em><\/p>\n
